For editors, writers and bloggers · updated October 2026
Putting together a gift guide for readers? Everything you need is on this page: what
we sell, prices, shipping, and images you are free to use alongside a mention of the
shop. For review samples, larger images or a quote, write to
hello@thebookswanderer.com
— it reaches a person and is usually answered within a day.
In one paragraph
The Books Wanderer is a small independent online shop of reading accessories and
bookish gifts, run by one person since 2026. The catalogue is kept deliberately small:
bookmarks, page holders, Kindle sleeves, book nook kits, literary calendars and our own
Reading Passport journal. Prices are in US dollars with shipping included, and the site
is also available in Spanish.

Story angles
- A reading journal disguised as a passport. Readers already log books on Goodreads and StoryGraph; the Reading Passport turns a reading year into a stamped travel record, with a free printable 52-book challenge for 2027 alongside it.
- Public-domain art on the wall. Both 2027 calendars use open-access museum and Library of Congress collections, with a line from each book and the authors born that month.
- A one-person literary shop. No warehouse, no ad budget: printed-to-order books and a small, hand-picked catalogue.
