Color the Fairy Tales — Walter Crane Coloring Book (Printed Paperback)

A coloring book made from Walter Crane's picture books, printed in London between 1873 and 1876. Each of the 24 plates appears twice: on the left page in its original colors, on the right page as line art for you to color. The stories: The Sleeping Beauty, Beauty and the Beast, The Frog Prince, Bluebeard, Little Red Riding Hood, Goody Two Shoes, The Hind in the Wood and The Yellow Dwarf. The plates come from first editions scanned by Smithsonian Libraries and are in the public domain. We traced the line art from those scans with software, including a line-art model, and checked every page. The verse boxes on the coloring pages are left blank, so you can write in them or color them. • Paperback, 8.5 × 11 in, 52 pages, printed in color • 60# uncoated paper, which takes colored pencils well. Markers can show through to the back of the page. • Printed to order by Lulu Shipping to the United States is included. We ship to every country Lulu delivers to; for other countries the extra shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
